Tutti Method Trainers Training

The Tutti Method Trainers Training is designed for educators who believe that music is more than just notes and exams; it’s a powerful tool for connection, growth, and human well-being.

At Tutti, we use music as a bridge to build confidence, improve communication, and encourage meaningful social interaction. Rather than focusing purely on technical perfection, our approach centres on the joy of making music—whether individually or together. Because when students enjoy the process, growth comes naturally.

This training is rooted in a simple belief: when learning is meaningful, motivation becomes intrinsic. Teachers will learn how to create engaging, student-centred experiences that go beyond the classroom, nurturing not just musical ability, but essential life skills.

Across this 1 day programme, participants will explore five core modules:

• Communication
• Motivation
• Generational Profile
• Professionalism
• Pedagogy

By the end of the training, teachers will have the competency to tailor well-structured lessons with innovation and inspiration and deliver training to students effectively.
